When? – W3L Wrestling Kids Club runs from 11.30am – 12.30pm every Sunday.

Where? – Divit Dungeon, 10 Hill Street, Inverkeithing, KY11 1LP

What to bring? – Please have participants bring a water / juice bottle and dress in gym clothes. On your first class we will also need parents / carers to complete induction forms.

Can parents stay to watch? – Yes! What to expect? – Kids love wrestling and we want to provide a space to learn some of the basic skills used in professional wrestling whilst still letting kids be wrestling fans! We will help kids build confidence and keep fit as well as having plenty of wrestling fun! Kids will learn basic techniques as well as take part in coordination and conditioning drills that give them a great base to develop from if they chose to follow their wrestling dreams when they turn 16.

Who are we? – The World Wide Wrestling League has been promoting wrestling for close to 20 years and has featured some of the top stars past and present that you see wrestling on TV. We travel all over the UK but are based here in Fife.
