W3L Wrestlution - Tickets avaliable now! Posted on Monday 20th of August 2007
Tickets are now on sale and the promotional surge well underway for what is being billed by the W3L management team as the biggest event our promotion has ever produced. W3L Wrestlution will be taking place live from the Carnegie Leisure Centre on September 8th at 5.30PM (doors open 5PM). Tickets are priced at just £10 Adult, £7 Child and £25 for a family of four, available from the W3Lwrestling.com online store and the centre box office 01383 314200. The choice of venue for this event, to be filmed and released on DVD, is due to the fans in Dunfermline turning out in droves to see our last event in the town in March where Mike Musso captured the W3L heavyweight championship from Allan Grogan. Close to 500 fans where in attendance for the show and we hope to see them all back and more for our return on September 8th for Wrestlution. Topping the bill at Wrestlution will be a W3L Heavyweight championship clash featuring Mike Musso defending his title against “Rowdy” Ricky Knight who left the champion laying in the ring after an attack at Summer Fever. This will be without a doubt Musso’s toughest challenge to date and a true test for the younger champion as he faces up against the far more experienced and former champion Knight. As if this wasn’t enough of a challenge in itself Musso also must contend with commissioner Charles Boddington who although has yet to be seen in public supporting Knight’s title quest, reports indicate he would love nothing more than to see the belt come off Musso. Boddington will be asked for his opinions on this title clash this Saturday at W3L Homecoming in Kirkcaldy. To top it all off Ricky Knight has also secured the services of Damian Diamond and Sara who made the current champions life very difficult in his series of matches with Allan Grogan and along with Boddington would love to see Musso’s title reign come to an end. The W3L Heavyweight Championship is not the only prize to be determined at Wrestlution as the W3L Tag Team and Womans championships will also be decided with 3 time W3L Tag Team Champions Fight Club (who defeated T2K on August 10th in St Andrews) defend against The Highland Guns and Sara facing Britani in the womans tournament final. The excitement of W3L Wrestlution does not end with its title matches as the card is filled from top to bottom with fantastic matches. “Flawless” James Wallace will face the European Hardcore Icon Iceman, and “The One 2 Watch” Nathan Reynolds will take on Zac Zodiak. On top of all this the W3L is pleased to confirm a 4 way Cruiserweight challenge which will see Brad Fusion, “Bad Boy” Liam Thomson, “Butcher” Scott Renwick and former W3L Tag Team Champion Darkside all compete in one exciting match up. In the final match on the Wrestlution card “The Guvnor’” Carl Conroy has issued an open challenge to any wrestler in the country as he wishes to prove his dominance on W3L’s biggest stage and feels he doesn’t need to prepare for his opponent as he is fully capable of beating anyone at a moments notice. When you consider Conroy’s last visit to Dunfermline saw him take home the W3L Tag Team Championships, who ever decides to take up this challenge will have their work cut out for them. We look forward to presenting you with Wrestlution and guarantee that no fan in Dunfermline will go home unhappy as this is truly our most exciting line up to date and will be fantastic night out for all the family. Stay tuned to W3Lwrestling.com for further information on the event and subsequent DVD.
